You call yourself a LADY, but do you know what it takes to become ONE??

U can now rate yourself...R u a LADY or not after reading this yippppie!!

But its not too late afterall you can always become one, juct stick to the following

It is said that every lady is a woman, but every woman is not lady. This is because there is a great difference between the two. A woman becomes a lady only when she has all the characteristics of the latter. A lady has enough self-respect and respect for others as well. She is confident and assertive. Gentleness, elegance and sophistication reflect from her persona. Acting like a lady requires some skills. The guidance given in this article will help you get guidance on how to act like a lady.

ACTING LIKE A LADY

Dress Nicely
A lady’s attire should be clean, coordinated and wrinkle-free. She won’t prefer skin-show; rather would ensure that her clothes are not ill-fitting - neither baggy nor skin-tight. As a lady, make sure you always dress up nicely and appropriately, according to the place and situation. The accessories you choose should complement your attire perfectly.

Look Good, Smell Good
Cleanliness is the key to act like a good lady. It helps exude your vivacity. Shower regularly and groom or stylize your hair before going out. Wear a sweet smelling perfume or deodorant. Do not apply strong perfumes that may have a repulsive odor. Applying make up is not mandatory. If at all you wear make up, make sure that you apply a modest amount, just to highlight your facial features.

Choose Your Words
Be very careful about what you speak. Make the right selection of words. Do not use abusive words, even if you feel that the other person is at fault or you are highly frustrated. If you feel that the he/she is not listening to what you say or acting the way you want, it is better to maintain a moderate tone or not to speak at all, rather than speaking forcefully or using harsh words.

Mind Your Body Language
You should not only take care of the words you speak, but also the way you behave and present yourself at any situation. This is especially applicable when you socialize. For instance, you should follow the table manners and etiquette while dining at a party. Do not overindulge yourself in food or alcohol when you are at a party or business meeting. Gluttony for food or drunkenness at social gatherings shows lack of self-control.

Be Knowledgeable
Always stay updated with what is happening in the world around you. Inculcate the habit of reading newspapers daily. Expand your knowledge and interests. This will, in turn, open doors to stimulate conversations with new people and help increase your social contacts.

Always Keep Cool
Try not to loose your temper often. Keep your cool and stay composed. Express your disappointment at someone’s behavior in a very gentle manner. Do not frown in front of others or else people may end up thinking that you are a very short tempered person.

5 tips to make your dreams come true

1. Don’t just list them, do them - Sitting down and making a list of the things we want to achieve in life is great. It allows us to contemplate on what we want for our immediate and distant future. However, sometimes the list just remains a list forever. Check your list daily or monthly and make sure at some point in time you get that goal accomplished and crossed off. Then move to the next one in line.
2. Don’t let people tell you it can’t be done – In this crazy world we live in, we will always encounter people whose goal in life is to bring other people down. These are usually just people who are insecure about themselves, and they criticize or try to influence us in order to make themselves seem better than us. A wonderful person told me just last week that we will encounter this type of individual, and we should never let anyone tell us that we can’t do something!
(The second tip is the most interesting dollies na imenigusa vibaaaya, just believe in yourselves, dont let anyone bring you down)
3. Don’t be afraid of hard work - Hard work and perseverance go hand in hand with success. Most dreams and goals will require us to work harder than we may have ever worked before. We may need to make some sacrifices, and we may even lose some sleep. However, once you reach that goal, I can guarantee you the good feeling will definitely outweigh the hardships you went through to get there.
4. Think of it as an adventure not a task – This tip is my favorite. I always make sure that I am having fun while accomplishing my goals. Once you look at something as a task to be accomplished, rather than a journey to be experienced, it makes it more unreachable and daunting.
5. Be with people who you know will support you – It is always good to have people you trust around you. These are people who you know have your back and push you to do your best. These are people you know you can ask for guidance and help when things are hard, and you feel uninspired.
All the tips go hand in hand with prayers GALZ, in God you should always TRUST n BELIEVE, Work this out n you wont regret. BEST OF LUCK DOLLIES. On ma part um making the tips into reality wish me luck. Xxxx

Love hurtz no matter wat!

Jennifer Lopez Gives Tearful Performance About Lost Love

Jennifer Lopez was spreading the love on Saturday night, but deep inside she was feeling mixed emotions.
At her jam-packed Mohegan Sun concert in Montville, Conn., the 42-year-old put together a bit focused around her love songs.

"You want to talk about love? I can talk about love. Oh, the stories!" she said during a heartfelt speech to the audience before breaking out with her hit "If You Had My Love."

Afterwards she said, "That's the first song I wrote about love. And this is the last song I wrote about love. A lot has happened since then!"
As she belted out one of her newer songs, a montage of male and female dance pairs whirled behind her. They paid homage to her past romances: her with a Diddy-esque person, her and a Ben Affleck type and lastly her and a Marc Anthony lookalike.

"A little trip down memory lane," the star, who separated from her husband of seven years Marc Anthony in July, said, as she paused and looked down.
When the camera zoomed in and showed her starting to tear up, the crowd gave her a standing ovation.

O.M.G z dc really TRUE!!!

TS ALL ABOUT "LADY GAGA."

The Internet is buzzing about Lady Gaga’s hair stylist suddenly quitting after accusing her of being a devil worshipper — which is what everyone thought she was anyway. Michael Pooter, who cut Gaga’s hair since January 2010, took his family and went into hiding after making some wild accusations about the pop star.
Pooter said he decided to quit because he couldn’t take her staring at him anymore. He said in an interview for “Stylists of the Whores” magazine that when he confronted her about the staring, she told him she would eat his children if he ever told anyone
“She was usually liquored up on cheap whiskey when she came in for treatment. One day, when she was mumbling more than normal, which I found out later was her actually speaking in tongues, I saw the number 666 on her scalp and I quickly asked for God to protect me. She rose up out of her chair and floated 3 feet above the ground while yelling…..”
“YOUR GOD IS NOT HERE MICHAEL. NOR WILL HE EVER BE. NOW GIVE ME SOME MORE HIGHLIGHTS AND TRIM MY BANGS YOU WORTHLESS *beep*!”
Will these new revelations cause you to stop listening to her music? Or will you assume that her hair stylist is very likely a paranoid schizophrenic with religious persecutions?

  • How To Take Care Of Your Lips

[Lips are most attractive portion of looks. Everyone should give more attention on these organs. When you come across someone, the first thing that catches your attention is the face. Soft healthy pink lips usually draw attention. Dry chapped lips make your face appear dull, and more unattractive. So do take care of your lips regularly.]

A beautiful smile lights up a day. It makes your face more beautiful and lively. Your lips are the most important and sensitive part of your body. And therefore you have to take special care of your lips. You will be surprised to know that our lips unlike most part of our body do not have any melanin pigment to protect them. Lips are covered on the outside by a thin layer of skin and on the inside by virtually transparent mucous membranes. Therefore it is necessary to take care of our lips and to eat well-balanced food and lots of fruits. Dark lips and Cracked lips are the common problem:

    Here are some tips for:

Dark lips - Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, stop smoking and avoid-lipstick. Apply a layer of oil and leave it on for several hours. Best apply before going to bed. Mix coconut oil and almond oil in equal quantity. Apply a coat of this on the lips and leave on overnight. This has to be done daily for at least two weeks for best results. Every night with a mixture of 1/2 tsp. Glycerine and 1/2 tsp. Castor oil with 1/2 tsp. Lemon juice apply your lips and leave overnight. Apply cream from curds with saffron on your lips.

Cracked lips - Protect the lips from weather by applying heavy plain cream.
Avoid licking your lips. To cure dry chapped lips apply peanut butter or coco butter to your lips before going to bed. Grind rose petals with cream on the top of milk and apply on lips to cure the cracked lips. Take vitamin B, C foods in diet.
Mix 2 drops of glycerine with 1 tsp of cream on the top of milk and apply to the chapped lips and keep overnight to get smooth and shiny lips. Mix equal quantities of nutmeg, turmeric, and fresh butter and apply to lips. Hot water fomentation, followed by a mixture of vaseline and honey applied on the lips at least thrice a week will prevent lips from chapping.

Exfoliate lips - Lips should be moisturized and exfoliated. Exfoliate lips with your gentle facial scrub using a toothbrush or just the tips of your fingers. You can make a paste using baking soda and water to exfoliate lips as well. Work it for a minute and then rinse with lukewarm water.

And the general care of lips - Apply cold cream or moisturizer or lip balm before applying lipstick. To get natural pink lips apply beetroot juice before bed.
Grind rose petals and apply on lips to get smooth pink lips
Apply menthol based lip balm and brush gently on lips to get rid off chapped lips.

TIPS TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR BREASTS NATURALLY

Beautiful breasts are considered the hot symbol with the most appealing quality. Every woman wants to have an attractive bust line but due to lack of proper care it become saggy and loses its beauty. Here in this article you will find some easy home care of your breasts. A woman’s breasts should naturally remain firm and uplifted till the age of fifties. If they sag at a young age then general ill-health or careless feeding of the child are the possible reasons responsible for the sagginess.

At the age of 12 or 13 a girl should start wearing a fitting brassiere. This helps in keeping the breasts in proper shape. Readymade brassieres of different sizes and shapes are available in the market and help in keeping up the youthful bloom. Some women do not wear a bra at all. This spoils the shape of the bust-line. If more support to the breasts is required, there should be a much wider band under the bosom which is excellent when the diaphragm also needs to be controlled.

A two-way stretched pull-on is sufficient for the young girl with a slim figure, but the fuller figure needs more support and a stronger garment is required. One which zips at the side and has reinforcement at the back and front is recommended. This should be worn with a deeper bra. An all-in-one, that is, bra and belt joined together, is excellent under a dress, especially one, which is so shaped to show the figure. A disadvantage of this type for everyday use is that it is not easy to keep it clean. Bras are easy to wash daily. Care should be taken to wash all undergarments after every use.

Special care should be taken to avoid the sagging or dropping of breasts. Splashing cold water will help firm a flabby bosom and one should spray or sponge the breasts in cold water always before getting out of a bath or shower. Remember to wear a well fitting bra while exercising. There are many herbal breast enhancement creams, pills and products available in the market. They are composed of pure herbal extracts that help in keeping your bust healthy and beautiful.

    Lymphatic Breast Massage Made Easy

While one in eight women will find themselves in the grasp of breast cancer during their lifetime, you don't necessarily have to be one of them. The information provided in this brochure will give you some insight into how your breasts work and what you can do to keep them functioning properly.
The goal of this brochure is to help in the prevention of breast cancer. It doesn't make sense to leave your health to chance. Even the Self Breast Exam is designed to help you after you get a tumor or breast cancer. This is not to say that you shouldn't regularly check yourself for lumps. Early detection does greatly increase your odds of surviving cancer. However, waiting for cancer rather than actively participating in its avoidance can be detrimental too your health.
Your breasts are essentially structures made up of fat and gland, mounted to the female's chest wall with a delicate system of ligaments. The circulation in the breast is much the same as the rest of the body consisting of arteries, veins, and lymphatic vessels. In short, the arteries bring fresh blood to the cells carrying along with it the nutrition that the breast and its tissues need for proper health. The veins bring the blood back from the cells along with cellular waste and toxins. The lymphatics are designed to return the toxin and other waste materials that lie in the intercellular fluid between the cells.
Toxins are believed by many to be the local beginnings of cancerous tissue. It is imperative that these toxins be continually removed through the body's veins and lymphatic vessels. When these toxins are unable to exit the body properly, the possibility of cancer increases.
A recent study* of 4,700 women found that women who wore brassieres had an increased chance of acquiring breast cancer. It is very possible that the constant pressure that the bra puts on the breast is limiting the flow of toxins that need to be released, resulting in the increased cancer rate. Any more than a gentle amount of pressure can flatten the lymphatic vessel and stop the toxic flow from the breast.

The Study found the highest rate of breast cancer in those who wore bras 24 hours a day, and the lowest rate in those who never wore bras. The study suggested that women should wear their bra less than 12 hours a day.

Now that you have a better understanding of your breasts, it is important that you apply this knowledge to your health. The four-step procedure shown on this page will give you a simple massage technique that can be done, by yourself, in the privacy of your own home. Although almost any gentle massage technique will be of benefit, these four techniques should be a part of your personal regimen.
The purpose of these techniques is to flush fluids from the breast, (both venous and intercellular), bring nutrition to the tissues and specifically remove the toxins via the lymphatic system. Also, these techniques will enhance the health and elasticity of the support ligaments, which will in turn provide you with better breast support.
More specifically, step One is a gentle draining motion designed to drain the breasts lymphatic system and is possibly the most important of the four steps. Steps number Two and Four are to assist in the movement of venous fluids. Feel free to experiment with these two movements and find what is comfortable for you. Step Three is simply to help keep your support ligaments in good health and assist in the fight against gravity.
This procedure should be done at least twice a week. It can be done on bare skin, but you may find that using some vegetable oil may be more comfortable. Stay away from mineral-based or scented oils.
    breastcare

Step One: Use your fingers to gently smooth away from the nipple. These movements travel from the nipple and directly away using no more pressure than what you would apply to your eyelid. Any more pressure would flatten the lymphatic vessel and stop the flow of toxins and fluids. Also, make this stroke slow, not fast, for it to be effective.
Step Two: Gently massage the breast with a kneading-like motion, using lifting and pressing movements.
Step Three: Slowly and carefully use your hands to twist the breast in a clock-wise and counterclockwise direction, being careful not to put too much tension on the breast.
Step Four: Use both hands as shown to apply several, moderate pressure, compressions to move out more pressure fluids.
