You call yourself a LADY, but do you know what it takes to become ONE??

U can now rate yourself...R u a LADY or not after reading this yippppie!!

But its not too late afterall you can always become one, juct stick to the following

It is said that every lady is a woman, but every woman is not lady. This is because there is a great difference between the two. A woman becomes a lady only when she has all the characteristics of the latter. A lady has enough self-respect and respect for others as well. She is confident and assertive. Gentleness, elegance and sophistication reflect from her persona. Acting like a lady requires some skills. The guidance given in this article will help you get guidance on how to act like a lady.

ACTING LIKE A LADY

Dress Nicely
A lady’s attire should be clean, coordinated and wrinkle-free. She won’t prefer skin-show; rather would ensure that her clothes are not ill-fitting - neither baggy nor skin-tight. As a lady, make sure you always dress up nicely and appropriately, according to the place and situation. The accessories you choose should complement your attire perfectly.

Look Good, Smell Good
Cleanliness is the key to act like a good lady. It helps exude your vivacity. Shower regularly and groom or stylize your hair before going out. Wear a sweet smelling perfume or deodorant. Do not apply strong perfumes that may have a repulsive odor. Applying make up is not mandatory. If at all you wear make up, make sure that you apply a modest amount, just to highlight your facial features.

Choose Your Words
Be very careful about what you speak. Make the right selection of words. Do not use abusive words, even if you feel that the other person is at fault or you are highly frustrated. If you feel that the he/she is not listening to what you say or acting the way you want, it is better to maintain a moderate tone or not to speak at all, rather than speaking forcefully or using harsh words.

Mind Your Body Language
You should not only take care of the words you speak, but also the way you behave and present yourself at any situation. This is especially applicable when you socialize. For instance, you should follow the table manners and etiquette while dining at a party. Do not overindulge yourself in food or alcohol when you are at a party or business meeting. Gluttony for food or drunkenness at social gatherings shows lack of self-control.

Be Knowledgeable
Always stay updated with what is happening in the world around you. Inculcate the habit of reading newspapers daily. Expand your knowledge and interests. This will, in turn, open doors to stimulate conversations with new people and help increase your social contacts.

Always Keep Cool
Try not to loose your temper often. Keep your cool and stay composed. Express your disappointment at someone’s behavior in a very gentle manner. Do not frown in front of others or else people may end up thinking that you are a very short tempered person.

5 tips to make your dreams come true

1. Don’t just list them, do them - Sitting down and making a list of the things we want to achieve in life is great. It allows us to contemplate on what we want for our immediate and distant future. However, sometimes the list just remains a list forever. Check your list daily or monthly and make sure at some point in time you get that goal accomplished and crossed off. Then move to the next one in line.
2. Don’t let people tell you it can’t be done – In this crazy world we live in, we will always encounter people whose goal in life is to bring other people down. These are usually just people who are insecure about themselves, and they criticize or try to influence us in order to make themselves seem better than us. A wonderful person told me just last week that we will encounter this type of individual, and we should never let anyone tell us that we can’t do something!
(The second tip is the most interesting dollies na imenigusa vibaaaya, just believe in yourselves, dont let anyone bring you down)
3. Don’t be afraid of hard work - Hard work and perseverance go hand in hand with success. Most dreams and goals will require us to work harder than we may have ever worked before. We may need to make some sacrifices, and we may even lose some sleep. However, once you reach that goal, I can guarantee you the good feeling will definitely outweigh the hardships you went through to get there.
4. Think of it as an adventure not a task – This tip is my favorite. I always make sure that I am having fun while accomplishing my goals. Once you look at something as a task to be accomplished, rather than a journey to be experienced, it makes it more unreachable and daunting.
5. Be with people who you know will support you – It is always good to have people you trust around you. These are people who you know have your back and push you to do your best. These are people you know you can ask for guidance and help when things are hard, and you feel uninspired.
All the tips go hand in hand with prayers GALZ, in God you should always TRUST n BELIEVE, Work this out n you wont regret. BEST OF LUCK DOLLIES. On ma part um making the tips into reality wish me luck. Xxxx

Love hurtz no matter wat!

Jennifer Lopez Gives Tearful Performance About Lost Love

Jennifer Lopez was spreading the love on Saturday night, but deep inside she was feeling mixed emotions.
At her jam-packed Mohegan Sun concert in Montville, Conn., the 42-year-old put together a bit focused around her love songs.

"You want to talk about love? I can talk about love. Oh, the stories!" she said during a heartfelt speech to the audience before breaking out with her hit "If You Had My Love."

Afterwards she said, "That's the first song I wrote about love. And this is the last song I wrote about love. A lot has happened since then!"
As she belted out one of her newer songs, a montage of male and female dance pairs whirled behind her. They paid homage to her past romances: her with a Diddy-esque person, her and a Ben Affleck type and lastly her and a Marc Anthony lookalike.

"A little trip down memory lane," the star, who separated from her husband of seven years Marc Anthony in July, said, as she paused and looked down.
When the camera zoomed in and showed her starting to tear up, the crowd gave her a standing ovation.
