The Internet is buzzing about Lady Gaga’s hair stylist suddenly quitting after accusing her of being a devil worshipper — which is what everyone thought she was anyway. Michael Pooter, who cut Gaga’s hair since January 2010, took his family and went into hiding after making some wild accusations about the pop star.
Pooter said he decided to quit because he couldn’t take her staring at him anymore. He said in an interview for “Stylists of the Whores” magazine that when he confronted her about the staring, she told him she would eat his children if he ever told anyone

How to Take Care of Your Fingernails

A healthy diet and regular nail maintenance are the best ways to take care of your fingernails and keep them long, strong and looking good

Soft healthy pink lips usually draw attention. Dry chapped lips make your face appear dull, and more unattractive. So do take care of your lips regularly.]





    A beautiful smile lights up a day. It makes your face more beautiful and lively. Your lips are the most important and sensitive part of your body. And therefore you have to take special care of your lips. You will be surprised to know that our lips unlike most part of our body do not have any melanin pigment to protect them. Lips are covered on the outside by a thin layer of skin and on the inside by virtually transparent mucous membranes. Therefore it is necessary to take care of our lips and to eat well-balanced food and lots of fruits. Dark lips and Cracked lips are the common problem:

    Here are some tips for:

    Dark lips - Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, stop smoking and avoid-lipstick. Apply a layer of oil and leave it on for several hours. Best apply before going to bed. Mix coconut oil and almond oil in equal quantity. Apply a coat of this on the lips and leave on overnight. This has to be done daily for at least two weeks for best results. Every night with a mixture of 1/2 tsp. Glycerine and 1/2 ��tsp. Castor oil with 1/2 tsp. Lemon juice apply your lips and leave overnight. Apply cream from curds with saffron on your lips.

    Cracked lips - Protect the lips from weather by applying heavy plain cream.
    Avoid licking your lips. To cure dry chapped lips apply peanut butter or coco butter to your lips before going to bed. Grind rose petals with cream on the top of milk and apply on lips to cure the cracked lips. Take vitamin B, C foods in diet.
    Mix 2 drops of glycerine with 1 tsp of cream on the top of milk and apply to the chapped lips and keep overnight to get smooth and shiny lips. Mix equal quantities of nutmeg, turmeric, and fresh butter and apply to lips. Hot water fomentation, followed by a mixture of vaseline and honey applied on the lips at least thrice a week will prevent lips from chapping.

    Exfoliate lips - Lips should be moisturized and exfoliated. Exfoliate lips with your gentle facial scrub using a toothbrush or just the tips of your fingers. You can make a paste using baking soda and water to exfoliate lips as well. Work it for a minute and then rinse with lukewarm water.


    And the general care of lips - Apply cold cream or moisturizer or lip balm before applying lipstick. To get natural pink lips apply beetroot juice before bed.
    Grind rose petals and apply on lips to get smooth pink lips
    Apply menthol based lip balm and brush gently on lips to get rid off chapped lips.

    Now that you have a better understanding of your breasts, it is important that you apply this knowledge to your health. The four-step procedure shown on this page will give you a simple massage technique that can be done, by yourself, in the privacy of your own home. Although almost any gentle massage technique will be of benefit, these four techniques should be a part of your personal regimen.
    The purpose of these techniques is to flush fluids from the breast, (both venous and intercellular), bring nutrition to the tissues and specifically remove the toxins via the lymphatic system.     Step Two: Gently massage the breast with a kneading-like motion, using lifting and pressing movements.
    Step Three: Slowly and carefully use your hands to twist the breast in a clock-wise and counterclockwise direction, being careful not to put too much tension on the breast.
    Step Four: Use both hands as shown to apply several, moderate pressure, compressions to move out more pressure fluids.

    5 Basic Skin Types – Which Skin Type Do You Have ..?





    Before applying anything on your face or body you have first and foremost know your skin type.
    And so the skin types are grouped into the following groups.
    Knowing your skin type is absolutely necessary in order to make a right decision about a proper skin care or treatment, which is suitable for your particular skin needs. The initial quality, or type, of your skin is genetically determined – meaning that you are born with it.
    However, the health and beauty of your skin later in life largely depends on what you eat and how you take care of yourself. A popular Russian saying states that, after the age of 30, a woman looks the way she deserves …To always look great, the first step is to determine your skin type so that you can match it with the best recommended methods to improve your look and slow the aging process.

    Generally, we can single out five basic skin types: normal, dry, oily, combination, and sensitive, with each having particular characteristics and requiring specific care and/or treatment.
    To determine your type, use a simple test with a clean facial tissue (or paper) to wipe your face in the morning, when you have just woken up:

    1. Normal Skin …

    If you skin belongs to a normal type, the tissue will not reveal any traces of oil. Your skin should feel vibrant, elastic, and supple. Normal skin is the least problematic type.
    It looks clean and smooth and has a good circulation and healthy complexion. Even with a minimum care, it will look good well into your advanced ag

    2. Dry Skin …

    If your skin is dry, the paper will be clean, too, but your face skin will feel flaky, dry, and tight after you have wiped it.
    Dry skin can easily develop a sallow tone, wrinkles, and fine pores, and it is very prone to aging and irritating. It might still look great on a young person, but, to keep it healthy, you should apply thorough care and use regular skin or beauty treatment with natural masks and moisturizers.

    3. Oily Skin …

    5. Sensitive Skin …

    Sensitive skin is usually very dry, tends to feel tight, and becomes inflamed and irritated easily. Typically, sensitive skin develops reddish and scaly areas, can be itchy and tingly, and is prone to breaking into spots. It is the most problematic and fragile type of skin, which needs a very special type of care. To get the right body products for this skin type too requires great research.

    Cause #1: Shaving.

    When you shave you cut the hairs off at, or just below, the surface of the skin. If your hairs are slightly darker than your skin color, they can give the appearance that your skin has a dark stain when it`s really just sub-surface hair.
    What To Do About It: Stop shaving and try waxing or plucking instead so you get rid of the hair below the skin surface. Since the hairs aren’t lurking so close to the top of your skin, they won’t be as visible.




     

     

     

     

     

    Cause #2: Buildup of dead skin cells.

    According to at least one dermatolgist, dark spots under your arms are the result of dead skin cells that are trapped in microscopic “hills and valleys” on your skin.

    Cause #3: Antiperspirant and deodorant usage.

    In theory, some ingredients in these products (perhaps the fragrance) could be reacting with the skin to cause discoloration. Practically speaking this seems unlikely but many people do claim that when they stop using APDs, the darkness goes away.
    What To Do About It: Try switching brands or using a deodorant instead of an antiperspirant. You may stink a bit more, but hey, the Left Brain lives for experiments like that!

    Cause #4: A medical condition called acanthosis nigricans.

    This condition causes light-brown-to-black markings on the neck, under the arms, or in the groin. It can be related to insulin production or to a glandular disorder and it typically occurs in people who are overweight.
    What To Do About It: Watch your diet to control insulin production and use Retin-A, 20% urea, alpha hydroxyacids, and salicylic acid prescriptions to lighten your armpits.

    Cause #5: Hyper-pigmentation.

    This condition causes your skin to produce excess melanin pigment. It doesn`t usually affect armpits, so it’s a less likely cause.
    What To Do About It: Use a skin bleaching cream to destroy the excess melanin. The Beauty Brains don’t recommend this unless you consult a dermatologist first. You can also try laser treatment to destroy the pigment.

    Home Remedies for Sweaty Underarms

    • Try to wear cotton clothes as it soaks sweat
    • Apply an anti-perspirant stick
    • Apply cider vinegar as it serves as the best body odor home remedy treatment
    • Keep your underarms hair-free by waxing them regularly
    • Applying baking soda on the underarms helps to kill bacteria and also absorbs sweat
    • Carry a perfume with you and spray it on through the day. Never spray perfume directly in your underarm region
    • In the bathing water, add a few cups of tomato juice and soak yourself in water for about 15 minutes
    • Use a strong soap like antibacterial soap or deodorant soap while bathing your underarm region
    • Avoid consuming refined foods, hydrogenated oils and other processed foods
